This policy applies to homolapis.ai and its pages, including the Justae product pages (justae.homolapis.ai). It is provided under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes how the personal data of users visiting these pages is processed.

Personal data we collect

  • Contact forms (services, custom AI models): name, email address, company (optional), message content.
  • AI jingle generator: the brand name or description you provide and the email address used to receive the jingle.
  • Justae early access requests: email address.
  • Browsing data: technical data automatically transmitted by your browser (IP address, browser type, pages visited), used for security and correct functioning of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contact requests and providing the requested services — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract / performance of a contract).
  • Delivering the requested jingles by email — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Site security and correct functioning — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Processing methods

Data is processed with electronic means, using technical and organisational security measures to protect it from unauthorised access. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Data retention

  • Contact request data: for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, and in any case no longer than 24 months.
  • Browsing and technical logs: up to 24 months.
  • Where the law requires longer retention (e.g., fiscal documents), data is kept for the statutory period.

Data sharing

  • Google — reCAPTCHA on our forms and web fonts (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
  • Email service providers, to deliver the requested jingles and replies.
  • Competent authorities, where required by law.

Cookies

  • We use necessary/technical cookies only (session, security and cookie-consent preferences). We do not use profiling or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.
  • Embedded YouTube videos on some pages may set cookies when you play them, according to Google’s policies.
  • You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)
